After a long day of work (and daycare) a packed car arrived at the airport in Atlanta. From there followed a 3h flight to Denver where Morgan was on fire. After getting a rental car there was another 4h drive to arrive at the destination. Fortunately for all involved Morgan slept through the whole car-ride.After getting the keys to the appartment everyone was in bed and sleeping by 1:30.
From there followed three full days of snowboarding, telemarking (and daycare for Morgy) followed by sauna in the evenings. The weather was pretty close to perfect which also meant that the snow was more or less pea-soup by 14:00-15:00. That didn't bother the family too much who instead got to hang out at the after-ski and the sauna.
The last night proved somewhat different though. After eating in for two nights it was decided to enjoy a nice meal at a restaurant to finish off the trip. Morgan however, decided that enough was enough and started projectile vomiting as soon as the food had been ordered. So instead of enjoying a night out, the night was instead spent cleaning up after Morgy in regular intervals. Despite this, the following morning was nice and Morgan was better all the way through the trip and even on the flight with daddy. The morning after the trip is a different story though, but by then both mom and dad had also cought the same bug.... but as said, that is a different story.
All in all the skiing was very nice and despite the last night everyone would like to do it again next year!
