Skiing in the Alps

A week ago, Morgan spent his first week skiing in the Alps with lots of friends! It was a good week and Morgy enjoyed skiing (at least mummy and daddy did, Morgan didn't see much skis or snow for that matter). As both mummy and daddy were skiing Morgan had his own babysitter during the days, Martine. The mountain air seems to have been very good for Morgy as he was very calm the whole week and even slept his first whole nights. There wasn't a lot of snow, but that didn't disturb Morgy (the parents a bit), but after snowfalls on Wednesday and Thursday, Friday was spent with loads of snow and lots of sunshine. A great week all in all for all involved!

After telemarking a very sweaty daddy takes care of Morgan (who would prefer to escape the smell)

Morgy got to be very high on daddy's shoulders. It was almost a bit scary for him...

In the bedroom Morgy often got to play on mummy's and daddy's bed. It was nice and soft!

Morgy enjoyed spending time with Romane (4y), even outdoors!

And it's always nice to be in mummy's arms to finish off the week!!!

Farmor comes to town

A few weeks ago Morgan was positively surprised by farmor Benita coming to town (mummy and daddy were less surprised). As a result of this Morgan didn't have to go to the nanny but stayed at home under farmors care. It also happened to be quite a sunny week so it included a lot of outdoors time in the sunshine for farmor and a lot of sleep in the pram for Morgy.

Then it was time for goodbyes, at first Morgan was sad...


But he then lightened up as he realised he will soon see farmor again!

February, short but exciting

February is over before it even started and we realize that we haven't posted anything in quite a while (the fact that mummy started working on Feb 1st hasn't helped either). February might have been short, but it provided with lots of excitement for little Morgy. Here we see a few examples of all the exciting things done by Morgan in February:

Then Morgan got an exciting present or at least the wrapping was very exciting!

And inside there was... a new ball that even makes noise!

It's always fun to wrestle with the bear/rabbit/dog (we are still unsure of the species!)

Even though Morgan mostly loses the matches

Chewing is also a fun game (even without teeth)

And Morgan already loves reading books (like daddy)

Morgan also managed to visit the animal fair with mummy. That was very exciting (for mummy at least)

After all this excitement it was nice to go back to sleep in his old bed...

...But then he got a new bed as well. And slept forever after (well, at least for 4h straight)!
